The Programme & Campaign - Associate will support the Assistant Business Unit Head of Programme & Campaign in executing targeted marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring and onboarding Level 2 customers into KBZPay. This role involves hands-on management of campaign details, coordination with cross-functional teams, and active participation in both the strategic and operational elements of campaign execution to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Campaign Coordination and Support:

  • Assist in the detailed planning and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure seamless operations across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Support the monitoring and adjustment of campaign activities to meet predefined goals and timelines.

·  Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, offering insights and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

·  Market Research:

  • Contribute to market research efforts to better understand target segments and identify emerging opportunities within the market.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure KBZPay's marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.

·  Resource Management:

  • Help oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across campaign activities to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget tracking and management, ensuring financial resources are used effectively within approved limits.

·  Customer Engagement and Activation:

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement throughout the onboarding process, optimizing user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in customer activation initiatives as needed, ensuring that new users are successfully integrated and activated within the KBZPay ecosystem.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of customer funnels and touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in a support role within a marketing or campaign management team is beneficial.
