Job description: 

  • To manage the programme effectively, to gain complete knowledge and information of the program.  
  • To guide and train all employees involved with the programme  
  • To define the academic and assessment timelines, attendance record of students, schedule of classes  
  • Monitoring and assisting the teachers for the smooth and effective delivery of courses as per timelines, oversee assessments  
  • To report any late joining of classes from teachers or weak disciplines from the students to the respective programme manager  
  • To take student feedback qualitatively and quantitatively as per schedule  
  • To share the feedback in real time with the programme team individually  
  • To coordinate with the external/international team if applicable  
  • To administer timetable, conduct of classes and student engagement  
  • To liaise with the teachers, the students and the parents for the smooth running of daily classes in each of the respective programmes  
  • To assist HR team in teachers’ performance appraisals, ratings and remuneration reports regularly as the set deadlines of own managing programme  
  • To participate actively in the school’s marketing and public relations activities and acts as the representative of the school in a good public image.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with Master’s degree (for Program Manager), Bachelor’s degree for (Program administrator)
  • Have four to five years related experience  (Programme Manager)
  • Ability to perform responsible administrative functions.
  • Have excellent English 4 skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of program specialty and ability to provide general educational support, effectively implement recruiting strategies, advise program participants, interpret educational records and related information, as appropriate to program to be served.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
