-Interior Design နှင့် Home Decoration Project များကို အစမှအဆုံး စီမံညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။

-Designer များ၊ Client များ၊ Contractor နှင့် Supplier များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

-Project schedule နှင့် timeline များ ပြုစုခြင်း၊ Project issue များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။

-Site progress ကို စောင့်ကြည့်၍ အရည်အသွေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။

-Material နှင့် Decoration item များ ဝယ်ယူစီမံခြင်း။

-Budget နှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စိစစ်၍၊စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

-Progress report နှင့် documentation များ ပြုစုခြင်း။

Job Requirements

- B.E (Civil) (သို့မဟုတ်) အခြားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ Engineering ဘွဲ့ရများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။

- 3+ years of experience in interior decoration, furniture, or project coordination.

-Experience in furniture production, fit-out, or installation projects.

- Project coordination နှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

-Production process နှင့် installation method များကို နားလည်ရမည်။

-Teamwork Skill, Communication Skill, Problem- Solving Skills ကောင်းရမည်။

-Microsoft Office နှင့် Project management tools များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

-AutoCAD၊ SketchUp Software  များကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်။

-Site supervision နှင့် Vendor management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ၊ Supplier နှင့် Contractor network ရှိသူ၊ PMP သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ certification ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
