Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage site supervision activities, layout design, and Civil Works (CW) Requests for Information (RFIs).

  • Supervise tower erection activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and technical specifications.

  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources for site execution.

  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely project implementation.

  • Conduct Preliminary Acceptance Tests (PAT) and site audits to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.

  • Ensure that all site implementation activities meet technical requirements and quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of CW activity test results, site inspections, and project reports.

  • Monitor daily site progress, implementation status, and potential issues, and report updates to the Project Manager.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve site-related issues and minimize project delays.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, applicable regulations, and established standards.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  •  Must have 3–5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in Site Acquisition or telecom infrastructure projects.
  • Must have a good understanding of site layouts, Civil Works (CW) drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Must have good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field.
