Job Description• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion• Develop accurate timelines and budgets for all projects and check the project schedule and progress • Monitoring the progress of the project works on site and manage manpower, materials planning, cost, time, and quality• Project Planning, Monitoring & Site Management • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists• Material ordering and controlling, Quality Control• Being able to solve difficulties in innovative ways and handle the construction related problems well• Must be able to manage and supervise the project to finish within the timeframe• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success• Other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements• BE (Civil) Degree Holder• Age between 40 ~ 50 years• 5 years above experiences as Project Director Position and must have High Rise Building experience • Able to travel if needed
