The key responsibilities are,

• • Develop the project plan, identify goals and objectives, set timelines, and monitor project progress.
  • Manage the project budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the project team, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities and are working together effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and specifications.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project.
  • Ensure that the project site is safe for workers and that all safety regulations are being followed
  • Lead feasibility analysis, conceptual, environment clearance preliminary and detailed design cost estimating, construction support and contract management.
  • Follow up and support to the project team to meet with the project target and report to the Director of Engineer.
  • Manage project staff and design consultant to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed upon scope.
  • Build and maintain mutual relationship with clients, local authorities, stakeholders.
  • Participate and support the internal and external development program and training to the project team on technical and contractual matters.
  • Keeps the project team focused on production, risk management, QAQC management and time management on the projects.
  • Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering 
• Having minimum experience 20 years in the relevant field of road / Bridge/ highway/ infra structure work etc.
