Support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Gen-sets, chillers, and air compressors to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted utility supply for factory production.

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, including routine inspections, servicing, and equipment performance checks.

Troubleshoot equipment faults, identify root causes, and coordinate timely repairs to minimize breakdowns and production interruptions.

Monitor equipment operating parameters, including generator output, fuel and oil levels, chilled-water temperature, air pressure, and energy consumption.

Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance reports, spare parts inventories, and daily operating logs.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, equipment operating standards, and applicable environmental requirements.

Coordinate with technicians, operators, and other departments to improve equipment reliability, utility efficiency, and maintenance cost control.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in industrial utility operation and maintenance; relevant experience with generators, chillers, and air compressors is preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of diesel generator systems, industrial refrigeration and chilled-water systems, compressed-air systems, electrical control panels, and mechanical equipment.

Maintenance Skills: Ability to conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment faults, interpret technical manuals, and prepare maintenance records.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and maintenance reporting systems.

Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with technicians, operators, and other departments.
