Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, including machining, fabrication, welding, and repair of machine parts and equipment components.

Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance for workshop machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Support machining and fabrication work according to technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in machine shop operations, mechanical workshop maintenance, fabrication, or welding activities.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of machining processes, welding techniques, metal fabrication, mechanical drawings, and engineering measurements.

Equipment Skills: Ability to operate or coordinate the use of workshop machines, welding equipment, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment.

Maintenance Skills: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform basic equipment maintenance, and support machine part repair and fabrication.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workshop safety, welding safety, PPE requirements, and safe handling of tools and materials.
