Job Description

Must have a strong understanding of Construction Project Planning & Operation
Must be capable of managing projects effectively to ensure completion according to the project schedule
Must be able to manage and supervise relevant labor subcontractors efficiently
Must have good teamwork and problem-solving skills
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building construction projects
Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
Review and approve engineering and construction drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure proper integration of all systems and design intent
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project teams and contractors
Ensure all works adhere to project schedules and applicable codes and regulations
Lead construction meetings to review progress, technical issues, and coordination requirements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams

Job Requirements

Must hold a B.E (Civil) degree or be a Registered Senior Engineer (R.S.E - Construction)
Must be proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Must have 5 years of experience in the engineering field as a Project Engineer and 3years of experience, particularly in pile foundation and high-rise building projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to solve on-site technical challenges
Experience managing or supporting housing or building projects
