• Supervise and manage Electrical or Mechanical MEP installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for material planning, installation, inspection, and rectification works.
• Monitor project progress and report risks, delays, manpower constraints, and technical issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions related to the assigned discipline.
• Ensure all works comply with project quality, safety, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
• Maintain proper technical, inspection, and project documentation.
• Site Supervision & Execution

Electrical

• Power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, cable routing, cable tray/trunking, conduit, panel installation and termination works.

Mechanical:

• HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Firefighting and other mechanical building services installation works.
• Ensure installation complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, and MOS.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor workmanship, site progress, and installation quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or building services construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in the relevant discipline:
• Electrical: Power Distribution, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, etc.
• Mechanical: HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Firefighting, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and Method Statements.
• Experience in subcontractor coordination, site supervision, inspection, testing & commissioning.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
