Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise civil engineering works for construction and development projects.
2. Review and approve civil engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical documents.
3. Manage site activities including structural, infrastructure, earthwork, drainage, roads and external works.
4. Conduct site inspections and ensure construction complies with approved drawings and specifications.
5. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, consultants and project management teams.
6. Review technical submissions, method statements, material approvals and shop drawings.
7. Monitor project progress, quality, cost and technical compliance.
8. Identify construction issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards and HSE requirements.
10. Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure workmanship meets required standards.
11. Participate in testing, inspection, commissioning and project handover.
12. Prepare technical reports, progress reports and engineering documentation.
13. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.

Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) qualification/license is required.
3. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably in large-scale construction/development projects.
4. Strong experience in site supervision and project execution.
5. Good knowledge of structural, civil, infrastructure and building construction.
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and preferably Civil 3D/MS Project.
7. Strong understanding of construction standards, specifications and QA/QC procedures.
8. Good project coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills.
9. Able to review technical drawings and identify design/construction issues.
10. Good communication skills in English and Myanmar.
11. Willing to work at project sites when required.
