Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Develop, review, and maintain technical drawings, BOMs, and project documentation.
  • Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to streamline project activities.
  • Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and report progress to the Project Manager.
  • Oversee site safety and ensure implementation of all required measures.
  • Support in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, permits, and commissioning certificates.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and smooth handover of completed projects.
  • Provide on-site training and supervision to execution teams when required.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies as needed for project execution and approvals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in project engineering, site execution, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in project execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Certification in solar PV installation or project management (e.g., NABCEP, PMP).
