Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Execute construction works according to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor daily site activities and ensure progress as per schedule
Coordinate with Project Manager to meet project milestones
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure proper execution of civil works (structural, finishing, infrastructure)
Resolve site issues and technical challenges
Conduct inspections and quality checks
Ensure proper testing of materials and workmanship
Verify quantities and measurements of work done
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
Assist in cost control and budget monitoring
Support preparation of BOQ and variation orders
Track project progress against schedule
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Identify delays and propose corrective actions
Maintain site records, including daily site logs, Material records, Work progress reports
Assist in preparation of Project reports
Coordinate material requirements with procurement team
Ensure timely availability of materials on site
Check material quality upon delivery
Perform any other duties assigned by Project Manager or management
Be flexible to handle urgent site requirements and challenges

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in civil construction projects
Experience in building construction / infrastructure projects
Experience in site supervision is essential
Strong knowledge of Construction methods and materials, Structural and civil works
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Good knowledge of quality and safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills
Good planning and organizational ability
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsible and accountable
Proactive and result-oriented
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Willingness to work on-site
