On behalf of our Client, a well-known electronic distributor, We are looking for a: Project Sales Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors way plan and site visit
  • Responsible for Annual Sales Target, AR collection & Customer management
  • Prepares information for and participates in Project bidding Tender
  • Negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both client’s requirements and company standards
  • Supports marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Makes technical presentations and demonstrates how a product meets client needs
  • Discusses with the Project owner and introduce Commercial Air-conditioning equipment
  • Takes Analysis of Market area of competitor Brand
  • Leads to holding product launching events, products presentation show
  • Travels to visit potential clients
  • Establishes new, and maintains existing, relationships with customers
  • Manages and interprets customer requirements
  • Persuades clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Follow up on the quotation submitted to clients
  • Prepares weekly and monthly project sales reports
  • Strengthens and builds effective working relationships with the sales team, management team, finance, purchasing, admin and Head Office team, operation team, design team, etc. as internal customers and with clients, consultants, investors, contractors, suppliers, etc. as external customers

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any major subject
  • Minimum 5 years and above working experience in a related field
  • Strongly knowledge of HVAC/ ACMV Systems (VRV/VRF and Chilled Water Systems)
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership ability
  • Combined with an analytical and creative mind to evaluate new opportunities
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional working attitude, team-work spirit, well-organized
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Willing to travel on business trips
