Job Description

Oversee Day to day operations of building.

Oversee routine and specialized property maintenance (repairs, renovations, upgrades).

Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building standards.

Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance projects.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Manage property handovers and takeovers for smooth transitions.

Provide clear communication during emergencies or operational changes.

Monitor payments, prepare monthly payments for contractors and initiate action for defaults.

Assist in preparing financial reports and budget forecasts.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of building cooperation with relevant department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree

2–3 years of relevant experience in property, facility, or real estate management.

Proven track record in handling tenant relations, building operations, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of tenancy laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Leadership and team coordination abilities.

Crisis and emergency management awareness.

Organizational and multitasking skills.

Customer service orientation and tenant-focused mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
