We are looking for a detail-oriented Raw Materials Manager to join our Victor and Step clothing factory team. You will be the gatekeeper of our raw materials, ensuring that every roll of fabric, hang tag, and button is accounted for. Your goal is to ensure production never stops due to a missing component.
Inventory Management: Maintain a real-time digital or manual log of all raw materials (fabrics, threads, zippers, labels, hang tags, and packaging).
Receiving & Inspection: Oversee incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and inspect for quality or damage.
Usage Tracking: Track how much material is "checked out" to the production floor and reconcile it against finished goods.
Proactive Forecasting: Monitor stock levels and provide "Low Stock" alerts to management well before materials run out.
Organization: Maintain a clean, labeled, and logical storage system for all trims and textiles.
Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding shipping delays or discrepancies in orders.

- Strong basic math skills for calculating yardage and unit counts.- Comfortable using basic software (Excel/Google Sheets)
