  • Research & identify potential suppliers for required products & services.
  • Monitor inventory levels & ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.
  • Ensure accurate & timely delivery of orders.
  • Analyze & compare prices from vasious suppliers to ensure competitive pricing .
  • Review & approve purchase invoices & ensure they align with purchase orders.
  • Ensure purchased goods meet the required standars & specifications.
  • Prepare & Submit procurement reports & required by management.
