Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring construction materials locally and internationally, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules and budget. Coordinates with project and site teams to support smooth construction operations and prevent delays.
Source construction materials both Local & Overseas by identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet project requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
Coordinate with project and site teams to align procurement with construction timelines and budget.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
Preferably in Construction Materials, Interior Decoration materials both Archi and MEP Fixtures or related industry.
English and Chinese is preferable.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.
