Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.

Purchase Order Management:

• Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with contractual terms and project requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to anticipate purchasing needs.

Cost Control:

• Monitor and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to procurement activities.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier performance metrics.

• Must be a graduate from any university.
• Age (30) and above
• Must have at least (3) years of working experience.
• Should be able to use computer Microsoft office and Internet.
• Material search, Material procurement, Must be an expert in price comparisons.
• Must be able to work well with the accounts related to the purchase of goods.
• Must be able to travel around Yangon.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work cooperatively in a team.
• Good character and must be acquitted.
• Must be able to work long-term.
