Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Oversee and manage daily technical service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

• Develop, implement, and monitor technical service plans and service improvement initiatives.

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. • Monitor key technical service metrics and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service quality and operational performance.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to align technical service objectives with business needs.

• Support cross-functional projects that require technical expertise. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical records.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service, engineering, maintenance, or related roles; at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of technical standards, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze technical data and prepare reports.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of maintenance systems/software is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety and quality
