Submitting Material Request Forms received from department heads, along with price quotations, for review.

Carrying out the advance payment process for purchased items upon approval by the Manager.

Handing over purchased items to the warehouse.

Executing the claim process for purchased items.

Submitting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers

  • Must be able to perform price and quality specification comparisons effectively

  • Must be able to study market conditions to procure required materials

  • Must be able to present monthly reports effectively

  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate in teamwork

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
