A QA & QC Assistant Manager for Yangon and Naypyitaw Division.

Managing for the development and implementation of inspection activities concern with Raw process.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, So that defects don’t arise when the products are being processed /developed.

- Managing for the assuring the quality of Incoming Raw Materials and Packing Materials (RMPM) basis specifications provided by the company or customer.

- Defects identification in the actual products Inspected in raw.

- Proactively ensuring food safety requirements as per Risk index adequacy and aims to prevent defects by concentrating on raw inspection and sorting process.

- Managing and making food and water testing as per company /government/customer schedule in consultation with higher management.

- Taking Responsibility of Microbial Laboratory process.

- Checking and implementation of the employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.

- Monitoring the Personal Hygiene, grooming standards of the staff and Hygiene and cleaning standards of the food processing areas and premises of the company.

- Managing and collaboration with the related team for periodic health checks up as per company/government norms for entire employees and helpers.

- Managing and ensuring proper waste disposal plan.

- To establish that necessary corrective & preventive action has been taken to address each category of complaint and also for internal defects.

- Reporting to the related Manager immediately when there is any errors concern with QA,QC and Micro operational accidents matters.

- Managing to save needed documents concern with QA,QC and Micro operations for the requirement of internal and external auditing.

 - Reporting daily/weekly/monthly to the related HOD or Factory Manager.

- Performing and reporting other duties assigned by the related HOD or management if required

· Age between (30~40) years

· Bachelor degree in relevant education background.

· Capable to use quality checking, quality management, implement and train the team members

 · Fluent in English language skills and possess great communication skills.

· At least 10 years’ experience in QA & QC field

 · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Must be able to travel if needed.
