A QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Quality Management Department …

• Prepare quality control plans and checklists of the product for each section and prepare process flow charts and procedures of the products.
• Perform visual inspection of products and processes by using quality control checklists, and record and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections and test results.
• Report and inform to quality systems coordinator concern with quality issues in the factory and the need to update and follow up on the inspection checklists according to situations.
• Analyze inspection data, assist process enhancement to minimize defects and maximize efficiency, and investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances according to the instruction of the quality systems coordinator.
• Random test (sample of products, materials chemicals, etc.) to get higher quality and prepare testing reports and presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentations of testing methods for materials and testing equipment according to the coeds, standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including production teams) to solve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality standards, driving process improvements and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Any Bachelor or diploma of degree of science, engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control inspection process.
• Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, high resilience, and supportive person
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate smoothly among business software and willingness to travel is require.
