Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Daily check the balance quality/quantity & remind to Merchandizing through e-mail
  • Meat supplier weekly report. (Quality, cleanliness, hygiene, service etc.)
  • Bi-monthly Hygiene Inspection report
  • Monthly Pest Control Report
  • Quarterly Canteen Inspection (CFC, Premium, CMHL)
  • Sometimes product sample testing. (Shelf-life, micro, etc.)
  • Container product checking 10% & reporting for claim. (verify & report to MDZ.)
  • Supplier audit checking at least 2 suppliers/month. (Meat, Poultry, Fruit & Vegetable):
  •  Food -Safety, PRP, HACCP Step & principle, personal hygiene training to staff. (Monthly)
  • Delivery Vehicle Audit. (Cleanliness & hygiene, equipment, temperature etc.)
  • Monthly HACCP meeting with team members. (F&P, Marketplace)
  • Weekly Food Safety team meeting. (Food safety member)
  • Weekly Visit & Inspection DC-15 Collection Center
  • QA Monthly Report & KPI Monthly Report
  • Meat, Fruit, Vegetables Supplier up-grading meeting (Yearly)
  • Daily Floor Walk Inspection. (Verify)
  • Floor Walk Report & Score (Check & verify)

Job Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor of related Science/ Engineering background is a must, more preferable to Food related major/ Diploma such as M.S Biotechnology, Bachelor of B.Sc. Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and etc.
  • Well knowledge and experienced in HACCP, ISO system for food processing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Fresh Food and production process
  • Good communication in English reading, writing, etc.
  • Proficient at PowerPoint, excel, word preparation & documentation
