Practices the company’s policies on health and safety, food safety and hygiene.

Does the analyses of all raw materials following the documented procedures.  Accepts or puts on hold deliveries based on the results of the analyses.

Does quality analyses for the brewing process, namely:

• Malt and rice grind composition
• BH wort, Fermenting beer, Storage beer, Filtered beer, Packaged beer analyses
• Water analyses
• Waste Water Treatment analyses
• Filtered beer
• Packaged beer
• CIP chemical concentrations
• Prepares the reagents safely following the documented procedures.
• Monitors the shelf life and inventory of all laboratory chemicals.  Ensures that only unexpired reagents and chemicals are used for analyses. 
• Ensures that all glass wares are cleaned every day.
• Calibrates all laboratory equipment and identified process instruments following the calibration schedule.
• Informs Brewing or Packaging and his immediate superior of any non-conforming product or process and prepares the necessary notice of non-conformance document.
• Places non-conforming products on hold following the documented procedures.
• Documents all results of sampling and analyses in the appropriate logbooks and signs off on the reports.
• Reports immediately to his superior any defects in the laboratory equipment which will affect the integrity of the laboratory results.
• Does 5S activities in his area.  Ensures that all equipment surfaces and the work environment is clean.
• Practices conservation of utilities and resources.

• Preferably B. Sc. Ind. Chem/B. Eng’g, Chemical
• Able to work in Bago
• Fluency in English 4 skills & computer literate
• At least 1-3 year experience in Laboratory analyses and instruments in similar industry
• Proactive, self-driven, committed, task-oriented, team minded, willing to learn and apply
