Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. This role leads ISO certification and recertification processes, coordinates internal and external audits, manages corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The position works independently without being assigned under any specific department and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure quality system effectiveness, operational discipline, and risk control. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Manage and supervise the overall ISO Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead ISO certification and recertification processes.
  • Develop, update, and implement quality policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage internal audits (planning, scheduling, reporting).
  • Coordinate external audits with certification bodies.
  • Ensure non-conformities (NCs) are resolved and corrective actions (CAPA) are properly implemented.
  • Maintain communication with department leaders regarding QMS compliance.
  • Conduct management review meetings and report QMS performance.
  • Ensure proper document control and record management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Must be able to work independently without being placed under any specific team, and process strong coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross – functional teams.
  • Must be worked under pressure

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO implementation, or Quality Management System roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in ISO 9001 implementation, maintenance, certification, and recertification
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management processes.
  • Experience in internal audits and supporting external audits.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain quality documents, procedures, and reports.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • ISO Internal Auditor certification is an advantage but not mandatory
