  • Can estimate quantity of materials and labors according to design
  • Can estimate quantity of materials and labors for tender process
  • Can estimate quantity of materials and labors rate for budget control
  • Preparing bill for sub- contractors payment process
  • (by checking regular site visit if needed)
  • Prepare and check the suppliers quotation and material order
  • Prepare BOQ for actual construction needs
  • Prepare BOQ in accordance with client instructions or customers requirements
  • Calling tender or quotation for sub-con work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required BE (Civil)
  • Minimum (3) years of relevant work experiences
  • Can be used the software (Such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Auto CAD)
  • Age - (30) & Above
