An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Overall Support of cost estimation ,tender preparation , and contract administration for mechanical anf electrical works to our construction projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs,and tender documentsfor M & E works.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
  • Monitor and control project costs,variations,and progress claims.
  • Manage contract administration,including preparation of interim and final payment applications.
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all M&E works.
  • Liaise with clients,consultants and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum (3) years of relevant experience in M &E quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of M & E systems and construction practies.
  • Excellent analytical,negotiation,and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint)and AutoCAD 2D,3D software.
  • Good Communication and teamwork skills.
