Job Requirements

  • BE (Civil), AG(Civil), or a related engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, especially in projects. 
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings.
  • Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity measurement. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of decoration materials. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Must be a team player and able to meet deadlines.

  • Willing to work overtime if required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify completed work.
