An Exciting Opportunity for ...
- Allocate work to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process- Communicate with the management and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates- Prepare disruption schedules, claim schedules, variation, contra-charges- Review contract documents and identify variations between Contract documents and actual shop drawings- Look for aluminum, glass, accessories suppliers to server to tendering and pricing works- Prepare monthly progress claim and handle claim evaluation and variation orders- Prepare important reports such as Feasibility Reports, Expense Reports, Valuation Reports and other various reports along the way- Review of contracts, prepare tender and contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc...- Assist in other assignment given by Manager

Job Requirements
- Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent- Over 4 years of experience as QS in Aluminium Façade- Strong technical knowledge or background of aluminium and glass- Strong in negotiation skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD- Familiarity with all operational areas of the business including estimating, procurement, design, QS, and construction
