An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ).

  • Conduct cost analysis and provide budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate contracts.

  • Knowledge of civil construction methods, cost estimation, and procurement.

  • To check & calculate labour payment.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for necessary inquiry and good communicate with the government for the projects.

Job Requirements

  • At Least (2-5) years  experiences in related  field of Quantity Survey work.
  • Can be used MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD 2D/3D.
  • Must have good social relationship.
