Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and review detailed MEP cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender evaluations and negotiations.
  • Manage and control project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises to optimize project costs.
  • Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and subcontractors.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and claims related to MEP works.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost forecasts and cash flow analysis.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
