We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) specialized in Civil & M&E works to manage project cost, estimation, and contract administration. The candidate will ensure effective cost control and support project delivery.

  • Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documents
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
  • Monitor project cost, budget, and cash flow
  • Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts
  • Measure quantities and verify contractor payments
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
  • Support procurement and material selection
  • Ensure compliance with contract and project requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 2–5 years experience in Civil & M&E projects
  • Knowledge in BOQ, costing, and contract administration
  • Able to use Excel, AutoCAD, QS software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
