Job Summary
Join Rangoon Espa Group Co., Ltd. as a Receptionist at our Yankin/Bahan office in Yangon. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional front desk service in a healthcare/beauty care setting.

Key Responsibilities
● Welcome visitors and clients, manage reception area, and provide courteous front desk support.
● Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members.viti
● Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily front office coordination.
● Maintain accurate records, update visitor logs, and support basic administrative tasks.
● Assist with customer service needs and ensure a smooth, professional client experience.
● Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and office communication.

● Experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
● Good communication skills in English and Burmese; friendly and professional manner.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-minded attitude.
● Basic computer skills, including MS Office and general office administration tools.
● Able to multitask, stay organized, and handle a busy front office environment.
● Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
● Prior experience in healthcare or beauty care settings is an advantage.
