Responsibilities:

  • Make telephone receiving, calling and line transfer between staff and suppliers for internal and external communication with politely and conveniently.
  • Ensure the documents receiving and dispatching delivery process complete on time by scheduling.
  • Greeting all visitors and put proper place, deliver message to concern person with pleasure and hospitality.
  • Arrange and update office meeting room calendar.
  • Keep safe and clean reception area with all necessary materials.
  • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communication action.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder.
  • At least 2/3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • High initiative & open mindedness, Hardworking, Good Communication skill, Good interpersonal skill.
  • Must have good communication skill, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
