Job Description

  • Cooperate with TCL and other channel members to deliver the integrated sales and services to penetrate targeted customers.
  • Develop sales strategy and execution of effective and cost-effective channel activities and events
  • Manage sales and distribution channel to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
  • Supervise in distribution systems, setting up KPIS and rewards for each team
  • Track and monitor the sales activities to improve operation
  • Collect the distributors’ feedback and current market situation for assigned region to provide market insights data

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • At least 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing experience in telecommunication
  • Prefer prior experiences in retail, dealers and channel management
  • Good communication in English
