Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of registrations and related documentation.
Liaise with government machine industry license process.
To updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Provide warehouse rental contract and payment process.
To prepare machine spare part, electrical spare parts and tools purchase process.
To prepare and check machine operator rental payment process.
To prepare and check operation staff OT and meal allowance payment process.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
At least (3) year experience in relative field.
Strong knowledge of building fire insurance process and company’s warehouse registration process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good in Microsoft word and Excel.
