2) According to the marketing plan of the company's trade department, formulate a reasonable daily production plan and organize production as soon as possible.
3) Strictly implement quality standards, implement comprehensive quality management in accordance with the ISO9000 system, and ensure that products meet the standards; coordinate various sections and coordinate the relationship between this department and other departments.
4) Check the production performance of the workshop and report to the manager of the production department.
5) Earnestly implement the company's rules and regulations, establish and improve workshop systems and standards, and organize the implementation.
6) Responsible for fire safety work, organize and carry out various forms of safety production education, monitor and inspect the fire safety at any time to ensure safe and civilized production.
7) Organize and implement workshop economic index assessment, rationally allocate resources, reduce costs, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8) Create a beautiful and clean working environment, improve the working conditions of employees, and ensure safe and civilized production.
9) Responsible for technical transformation, parking maintenance, solve problems and hidden dangers in the process and equipment, and strive to improve production efficiency.
10) Responsible for the training of employees in the rice factory.
11) Timely check that the data records of the handover shifts of the production teams are correct and that the equipment operation and maintenance records are perfect, analyze the production work status of each team, and take effective measures in time to improve production efficiency.
12) Put forward reasonable suggestions and continuously improve the equipment and production process.
13) Punish and educate those who violate the milling management system.

15) Responsible for food safety inspection and rectification of the workshop.

1) Minimum degree qualification in Engineering, Food Sience or equivalent.
2) Minimum 5 years experience in managing rice mill operations.
3) Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and people managing skills and proven management experience.
4) Good knowledge in FSMS will be preferred.
5) Good command of written and spoken English.
6) Good level of computer literacy.
7) Knowledge in rice Milling Technology.
