  1. Supervise and coordinate daily sales team activities.
  2. Set and monitor sales targets to achieve team goals.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new clients.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  7. Train, guide and motivate the sales team.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to support sales operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, sales & marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales & marketing experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email, etc.)
