• Achieve project sales targets by identifying and pursuing HVAC project opportunities. 
• Analyze project tender requirements and coordinate proposal preparation. 
• Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients. 
• Improve project sales performance through monitoring of tender pipeline. 
• Review market developments and competitor project activities. 
• Familiar with company’s sales related software. 
• Major Challenge: Managing complex project approval processes and multiple stakeholders. 
• Major Challenge: Coordinating technical and commercial requirements during tender processes. 
• Decision Making Authority: Recommend project pursuit and proposal coordination. 
• Perform and coordinate additional duties or assignments as directed by management to support operational effectiveness and departmental objectives.
   

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. 
• Minimum 2–4 years of project sales support experience. 
• Experience supporting construction or engineering projects. 
• Good coordination and communication skills. 
• Basic knowledge of project documentation. 
• High proficiency in MS Office 365. 
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools. 
• Pre-intermediate English skills with the ability to communicate in routine business discussions, read documents, and prepare basic reports.
