Job Summary
Join a dynamic trading and distribution team in Mandalay as a sales and marketing professional. You will support business growth, strengthen market presence, and work closely with teams and customers to achieve sales targets and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead field visits, build customer relationships, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist in planning promotional activities and supporting brand visibility in the market.

• Any Bachelor’s degree with a diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in the mobile phone industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales area.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
