Job Description

Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Monitor and follow up on customer orders and delivery status.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records systematically.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and basic product information professionally.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation as required.
Assist in basic inventory control related to sales and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Ensure filing and documentation are properly organized for audit and record purposes.
Perform other duties assigned by management related to sales administration.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree holder may apply.
Prefer Female candidates.
At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field, preferably in a factory or trading environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email) is required.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Ability to work systematically and complete tasks on time.
Team player and able to support other departments when required.
Candidates with experience in the Plastic Industry or Manufacturing sector will be given priority.
