An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure the inventory is being tracked correctly.
  • Check physical ground stock at warehouse weekly or monthly.
  • Ensure prepare and keep the order, invoice and sales contract timely.
  • Filling the customer, order and vehicle registration database exactly.
  • Collect the necessary documents from sales team for vehicles initial registration agencies.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance and other department to make sure that vehicle registrations and other process timely.
  • Prepare the vehicle arrival and sales report for relevant government organization.
  • Must be able to visit the port and assist and cooperate of necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
  • 2 years experience in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to learn.
