Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Prepare and check the sales team necessary documents
• Prepare and check to store request form
• Summarize the daily entry report
• Supporting the sales force with sales administrative works(such as data entry sales data analysis)
• Report update stock by daily
• Check with stock In/Out from warehouse
• Prepare to weekly,monthly,yearly sales condition report
• Checking stock issued and receipt from warehouse
• Checking sign & approved of related person
• Checking the document before stock issue and receiving
• Communication with procurement department for requirement data
• Request the document before arrived cargo
• Checking stock receipt after arrived cargo and if have the stock different,damage and shortage,inform to logistic department
• Received phone call,collect orders and record way plan
• Cooperate with relevant department
• Follow invoice and cash on delivery

• BE (EP/EC) or Any Graduated
• At least 2 years experience in related fields
• English 4 skill
• Can use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication skill, negotiation skill
• Good personally
