  • Processing orders via email or phone
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Checking whether prices and contracts are up to date or not
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. (N2 or N1) 

  • Experience in relevant role will be an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Experience with industry software such as Freshsales, Zoho or similar will be a plus

  • Knowledge about web business and/or web development is a plus

  • Passion to learn new technologies and interest in IT business

* Must be equipped with own PC and adequate Internet access ( mobile internet is not recommended )

* Must be able to use the internet well ( browsing, advanced usage of keywords and search terms, familiarity with various platforms, etc., )
