• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
• Meet with potential clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
• Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal
• Researching for new target segment and maintaining relationship to close deals with existing clients also need to monitor competitors project
• Prepare daily reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Able to actively work towards agreed sales targets
• Able to identify issues and provide solutions
• Resolving queries from customers
• To perform other tasks assigned by superior

Educational Qualifications required:

• Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or Bachelor Graduate
• Degree level in a related subject

Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required:

• 4-5 years of relevant work experiences in project management or similar role in Real Estate Sector
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and to meet commitments
• Good organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel will be necessary in line with operational requirements
