Promoting and marketing of our service to the customers if it is needed
Recording customers list at office management system and follow up by phone call.
Maintain relationships with customers and complaint handling with excellent customer service
Need to handle the payment (hard/soft) Files as well as prepare and follow up of customer billing
Assist the Manager in time to time needed and have report.

Any graduated
Must have minimum 2 years experiences in related position (Sales & Marketing, prefer IT knowledge)
Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Documentation
Excellent communication skills and team work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain relationships with customers and complaint handling with excellent customer service
Age between 20 -26 years
Salary will be negotiated based on experience
Can communicate English well
