Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

Sales & Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic sales &  marketing plans for entire organization in order to attract potential  customers and retain existing ones.

He/ she shall be sales &  marketing leader who is closely working with company management and consultants to determine budgets and targets and develop pricing strategies for products and services.

He/ she shall generally work in corporate environment as part of sales, marketing, creative, communications and digital team and play a critical role in aligning direction with the company’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales and marketing team  and oversee all the marketing activities for the company 
• Implement identified sales & marketing strategies and tactics
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Represent the sales & marketing team to cross-functional groups including design, production and customer relation
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Administer company's website and facebook page to ensure they can attract the target groups
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies if necessary
• Monitor current campaigns to meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
• Provide qualified services to the current and potential customers including after sales service to establish long lasting customer relationship
• Update management on the progress of sales & marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• A master degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years experience as a sales & marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic sales & marketing channels such as facebook, youtube, telegram, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of sales & marketing strategies, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
