  • Carry out daily sales and marketing activities; provide support for ISO operational processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication
  • Prepare up-to-date sales reports and submit to management as required
  •  Experience in marketing, customer service, and building customer relationships                                                                             
  • Any ad-hoc activities as assigned
