  • Assist customers in selecting suitable branded bags and provide detailed product information..
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude with hotel guests and customers.
  • Maintain attractive product displays according to the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle sales transactions, POS operations, cash payments and other payment methods accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels, arrange product replenishment and assist with regular inventory counting.
  • Introduce new arrivals, promotions and special offers to customers to support sales targets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization and professional appearance of the brand shop at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Matriculation passed or equivalent retail/sales experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a branded retail shop, luxury goods or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic to good English communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of POS and computer operations.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
